Write out the equations that describes the population vector P' = (A', B', C') in terms of the previous year's population P = (A, B, C).

Then if P' = MP, you know that A' = M(11)*A + M(12)*B + M(13)* and similarly for B' and C'. Then just use the set of equations you wrote out to substitute for the matrix elements.
