From what I read at the bottom of the page, the whole point of this test is not to provide the correct answer but to see how you would answer with limited information. The Oswald is a good example, Oswald is dead and only he knows for sure, and all evidence is flimsy or unprovable. Unless you were there you do not know.

What i was saying is that if you gave your actual believes (there are some things you marked as undetermined even if your opinion states true/false) then it wouldn't be a high score, you just gave the 'logically correct' answers.

But if you gave your actual opinion it would be lower.

A theist for example might believe i god but he knows logic dictates that we dont know if he exists.

Its not about pleasing logic, but stating your ACTUAL opinion and measure it with logic.
