We need to instill scientific thinking at a young age. Not just have science classrooms, where children learn nothing but facts. Even memorizing the scientific method isn't enough. All you come out with is "hypothesis procedure experiment conclusion," not a fundamental understanding of how the process of science can lead to new knowledge.
