Bach & Mozart for the enjoyment of intellectual melodies and counterpoints.
Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Sibelius, Khachaturian, etc, for passionate harmony and colors.

Also, almsot all derivated from rock... from some Metal to even Latin Ska, and such.
