Depends what you mean by that.

You can definitely score higher in IQ tests.

You can also definitely perform better in intellectually challenging tasks if you do relevant practice and with more exposure to the subject.

But in the end you have a limited amount of intellectual resources.

Thing about it as a computer. Your hardware is your intellectual resources. They are fixed. The methodologies you use to do stuff are the software. Those improve over time.
