I want to get good at math, is there something I can do once a week or something to increase my mathematical capabilities?

You could've been born with a hint of aptitude towards anything. Unfortunately you're worthless. Go kill yourself.

Not once a week. Every day or every other day.

I recommend you start off with "How to Solve It" by George Polya.

/sci/ probably has a fuckton of links like khanacademy and wolframalpha

I suggest this, I suggest you do puzzles, go to a flash site like newgrounds of kongregate and do logic puzzles, look at how you solved problems then look at how you develop methods to solve problems, then apply the same processes of inductive and deductive reasoning to how you solve maths equations. Pretty soon you will not only "feel" motivated to do math but also logically connect with the maths such that your mind is equipped with the tools needed to address a problem if one is plopped in front of you, even if this is the first time you're learning about it.
