Who the fuck honestly expects a job with a bachelor's in something like neuroscience? You go into neuroscience to get the doctorate or you don't go at all.

A B.Sc. is considered "graduating"?

Don't know about the situation over there in the US, but here in Europe ... no one is really giving a flying fuck about anything less than a Masters OR someone with enough work experience.
If you only have a Bachelors and zero professional experience, you're worthless.

Teach in High school, middle or elementary.
Work in a lab as a lab tech.
Work in the finical markets as an annalists..
Work in the CIA as an intelligence annalists.
Any general tech job you'd probably want.

In the same way as graduating high school is graduating. In the end it really depends on what you want to do and a BS is definitely a major stepping stone in the world. Plus if you did research as an undergrad (like you should) you'd have tones of work experience.

HOLY FUCK!!! Now I remember why I'm going into the Coast Guard: because I have less of a chance of drowning while fixing some radar array, than I do being jobless out of college or forced to pay another $XX,000 dollars going for another 2 or 4 years!
