ok, somehow, i spilled spilled a bottle of urine on myself.

smelled terrible, it must have fermented or something.

will it give me some sort of infection?

Urine, as it exits a healthy human bladder, is sterile.

However if you had a random bottle of piss lying around fermenting for god knows how long, I suppose it's possible stuff started growing. Also if the person had a bladder infection or some other oddity there is a chance that got passed on.
