trying to decide what to major in /sci/. I was thinking political science, criminal justice/science, or civil engineering. What do /sci/?

>> No.2915375

>political science, lol no it's not a science
>criminal justice/science? what the fuck is criminal justice science? again, lol no
>civil engineering...

Well, engineering is the best you have listed of the three, but if you're okay with being the low man on the totem pole in the science industry, then go for it.

>> No.2915376

If you're not going to take a real science you should just take engineering,

>> No.2915380

Do criminal justice and become a cop or a detective. Don't get stuck working in a forensics lab though. It is shit.

the low point on the totem pole was the most revered position, as it held up the rest of them.

get a real major.
Civeng is okay i guess. Physics, Chemistry, Math something along those lines.

>> No.2915427

>>2915410
Kind of. My dad double majored in CompSci and Math, now he programs shit for the military (civilian) through military contracts. Makes 6 figs easily. Says it's a cool job.

And yes, you can major in Math. It's dope.

could just be an ASU thing, but at my orientation 4/5 of the math majors were hot as fuck. although with ASU accepting dead fish into the school, i'm sure hot bitches will be of no short supply.
physics majors however.... myself, one kid who actually seemed like a bro, and one cocky as fuck douche

Astrophysics major here. So you get a brofist for that, BUT

That school is a fucking joke. High school after high school. They accept everyone. I've seen Community Colleges in my state with higher expectations than that school.

depends on the school. if it's MIT or god/top tier, it's taken seriously & will get you $100k+. if it's from some shit-tier school, you will end up at Geek Squad (or grad school)

No, most of us are too retarded to actually get into a halfway decent school (see the ASUfag), if you get into a top 50 school or program you're ahead of the curve, hell half of these faggots are in or went to community college.
