No offense to your race, but one theory I have about their low IQ scores is that they're not really trying on the test. That is, they're not concentrating. When I took the IQ test (134 reporting in), I recalled that there is always one very intuitive answer that you immediately jump to. But it may not be the correct one. You need to _concentrate_ the extra mile to get to the correct answer.

Personality and character determines intelligence more than anatomy. (Is personality and character genetic? Probably. But it can be very, very easily controlled.)
