The only /sci/ answer is to understand the psychological mechanism that causes your feelings of social inadequacy then to analyse and manipulate that system in order to attain the desired modification.

I would recommend maximising your socioeconomic status through studying for a career that is both financially and socially rewarding (a business related career would suffice), then attempt to modify your personality to express sexual value and social status. This includes maintaining eye conract and an erect posture, making conversation that is light yet engaging and amusing, in addition to being a social enabler (creating social opportunities that are desirable for the attendees).

This formula will secure the dopamine, seratonin and oxytocin that you desire.

Yes, they're called antidepressants and "speed" (Ritalin/Adderall)

There was a study where antidepressants were used on monkeys, and it resulted in the more reserved monkeys becoming more socially dominant, higher in power, and primitively desired by the female monkeys just based off of turning a "beta" into an "alpha" monkey. The cause of this change was the increase of serotonin that the SSRIs maintained. The monkeys it was tested on were determined to have low serotonin levels to begin with, so it was a complete social change for the monkey. Humans react to SSRI's in a very similar way. If there IS a lack of serotonin in the individual who decides to take AD's, they will likely experience an increase in social interaction, and an instinctual desire to be dominant, as these are the traits of high serotonin levels at work in your brain...

Those who aren't lacking serotonin levels who take AD's are the ones who aren't CLINICALLY depressed, and are the ones who react so harshly to the SSRIs, which perpetuates the stigma that they are "useless" and "harmful"
