Sup bro I heard you like desktops so we put a desktop in your desktop so you can look at your desktop while you look at your desktop

>> No.2718139

Black cable, lower right of screen doesn't match with it's real-world counterpart. Shame because everything else is perfect.

>> No.2718173

I meant transparency in general, but ok.

no it fucking couldn't!
lern-2-wire_tension.

if it went straight down, a wire like that would bend far more considering how thin the grey part is that would need to hide it.
this is why men on /sci/ should shut their god damn whore mouths.

You want transparent screens? Samsung's got you covered.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z1cg6HMXx68

They showed a 46" touchscreen version of it at CeBIT this year.

You have a camera on the back end of the tablet, whatever it records has a HUD overlaid onto it. This HUD [AR, whatever] can tell you information about the objects you're looking at.

>> No.2718659

Simply two pictures from the same angle and height, cute out the screen, put the first image behind it. Ready!

>> No.2718677

>>2718503

You know that is not the same technology as the transparent screen right? That screen is actually transparent. What you suggest has a set viewing angle and would be inferior. The same technology for that laptop cannot be applied to tablets.
