Sup Sci so where do you get you literature from?

I am supposed to be doing a literature review on employability skills for engineers in the UK but i cant find any sources please help!

What you want it to look at the magazines and journals that the professional engineering societies in the UK. Without knowing what your academic affiliation is, and the fact that I'm a yankee so I am not in the know of UK societies. For Mech Eng. check out http://www.imeche.org/Home etc. You will find tons of articles about employability etc. I know the american societies cover that shit on the regulars.

Find out if your school has access to Jstor, it's mostly for literature but it's someplace to start.

I imagine this is due tomorrow in which case you're fucked. Call your school's library, if it's even open on Sunday.
