I like this site for math, algebra, basic stuff... they have a Youtube Channel, I usually add a bunch of videos to the queue and hit play at fullscreen... it's a good way to spend some minutes... I'm still watching the basics though... but I like some intuitive approaches the guy uses

I'm a math major who recently made the decision to pursue a degree in pure rather than applied math. Was this a good decision? Bear in mind that as of now my grades are good enough to go post-grad if I want. Pure math just appeals to me more, perhaps cause the applied math we learned was less rigorous.

Great video. I've been trying to convince my parents to let me switch my major from EE & CS to Math, but the whole argument of "Oh, but you won't get a job! or You won't make as much!" is still there. However, I throughly enjoy math!
