Microwave dinners will destroy your body. The type of fillers and chemical additives are not all healthy.

Microwaved food however, is perfectly safe. There is nothing intrinsicly bad about microwaves, its more a question of what you microwave.

I find it amusing that my parents' generation once claimed TV was rotting my generation's minds. I think the inverse is true, TV has rotted their minds. Fox News, Oprah, Dr. Phil, Dr. Oz, local NBC/CBS/ABC/FOX affiliate news with their own terror-inducing news coverage, Nancy Grace, and Missing White Girl Syndrome have all combined to paralyze my parents' generation with a crippling fear of life and the human condition.

Yes, but make sure the hot cocoa doesn't have an artificial sweetener in it (the chemical structure of sweeners break down with heat). For example if you leave diet coke in a hot car for 2 days, its not just that its flat, but its also bitter (the bitterness is the chemical sweetner having broken apart).

But yes, by all means use microwave safe containers and heat up your pre-made food. Stay away from microwave-ready frozen peas etc.. the microwave packaging they wrap that shit in is toxic as fuck (its banned in some countries).
