How can you determine what is good and what is bad without God within your mind? You would require morality, equity and a good sense of justice. This isn't something you can learn from textbooks that are simply Government and/or society friendly. You would need a higher intellect, a way you could determine what's Good and Evil according to the whole of humanity, not simply for your own conscience. The fact of the matter is, you see morality in a different light, it's concepts such as being a criminal, by the book, that you see as Evil. Should you kill? well that's entirely dependant on who you're killing. Is soldier morally correct or bound by oath to his hierarchy? If you think that atheists can't have a morality, you miss the fact that being atheist doesn't mean being rational, it only means not believing in god. You can be atheist and believe in karma, for example.
