I would have thought that a poor choice. If you're going to make her a faction, you do it in the most convincing way possible. Nothing would be served by having a throw-away faction. The fact that she is presented as a equal in power and influence with the other factions, though you disagree with the philosophy so strongly, is the genius of the faction design.

Would you care about these factions, if they were not believable, deeply committed to a real, tangible philosophy, and possibly one gravely at odds with your own ideals?

Chairman Yang the collectivist, CEO Morgan the ruthless capitalist, Lady Deirdre Skye the radical environmentalist, etc. They are incredibly well done.

Is there a way to stop Planet from spamming mindworms in the late game? Basically, to keep the game story from happening that eventually turns into Planet vs. Everyone as mindworms and fungus start showing up dozens per turn?
