An easier and even cooler thing to build would be an organ printer. It only requires some minor modifications to a normal, everyday inkjet printer and filling an inkjet cartridge with the needed cells. Then you use some special software (I have no idea where to get it, but it exists) and suddenly you're printing out bladders and blood vessels.
