Pythag Theorem wouldn't work, for multiple reasons, one of them being the hypotenuse must be larger than either of the sides.

Anyway, notice the 3 tick marks, one on each leg of the triangle? Those indicate the sides are congruent, making it an equilateral triangle, so the other side must be 19.
