You are the wisest and smartest board available on 4chan. I come to you not to ask a political question but to ask the probable chance of the US Dollar collapsing.

Do you think its possible, do you think the average American should be building up supplies in regards to food and water.

Thanks in advance.

No educated thoughts on this?

Yes; It will happen soon. Be prepared.

Try ordering preserved food. You can't. As soon as it's sealed, it gets sold.

mark of the beast much?

im sure once paper currency has completely failed the govt will have something up their sleeve

It won't collapse any time soon, man. Something like 68% of the world's reserve money is held in the USA dollar, thus it's nearly impossible to see it fail since everyone would be willing to support it to prevent world economic collapse. I would be more worried about the Euro, which appears to be on it's way out.

Amusingly enough, the problem is the federal government is the trick that is up the sleeve of the Federal Reserve corporation.

IOW, they got nothing.

Here's the maths copypasta formula that we've come up with
<span class="math">\int_{-g_{64}}^{g_{64}}\sum_{\lim_{x}->\infty}^{\sum_{\lim_{x}->\infty}^{}\sum_{\lim_{x}->\
infty}^{}\sum_{\lim_{x}->\infty}^}x^{i^{e}}
It's continuous but you can round it to 20 decimals or something. Doesnt make a hug difference after that.
It's kind of hard to read on /sci/, just copy and paste the script

If the USD goes down, we bring the whole world down with us. if the world economy wasn't dependent on the dollar, i'd be worried.

Ok, this should work.
<span class="math"> limx->i^\infty\int_{\sum e^{i^{\infty}}x}^{\frac{\partial^2 \prod_{i}^{e}}{\partial x^2}}\sum_{k=0}^{G}k^{g_{64}}
100%

It will collapse eventually. I can't predict when but surely not very soon.

>> No.2387756

Over the thirty-year period from 1981 to 2009, the U.S. dollar lost over half its value.
the federal reserve can devalue the dollar to nothing depending on what their target inflation rate is. If they increase the money supply to much it will devalue the dollar even more.

The USD has too much corporate interest backing it up. There is a lot of demand for the USD because it's the standard for the commodities market, and most foreign central banks hold tons of US dollars as reserves.

It's unlikely to "collapse" but if there is another financial crisis and overseas demand for USD decreases then the Fed will have a really hard time maintaining its target inflation rates without destroying the currency.
