An anonymous billionaire has decided to fund a moonbase designed by /Sci/. The caveat is that it must be built in just 10 launches of a heavy lifter, with the 11th carrying the crew to their new home.

Above is the site chosen for the colony. Below is a copy and paste kit containing the modules available to us. Custom modules are permitted, but the number per launch must be plausible given the figures below.

Place your module such that it docks with the others. Carefully edit it such that it meshes with the rest of the image, then draw in the contents of your module(s). Each poster who participates is entitled to one launch.

Launch connection pieces as needed, and keep track of how many you have left, so that the next person can use your leftovers without having to send more up.

Any additional machinery/equipment you might want can be substituted for some or all of the connecting pieces on their own launch, provided the size/weight is within limits.

Finished for now. The lake deployment was a success:

The Mk.III habitat is being mailed to me (I moved recently) but the pieces are all cut/dremeled and only need to be sealed together. It's too cold out to deploy right now so the deployment will have to wait a few months. Until then I have a second project I'm working on:

Rocket 1: self-replicating robot factory
Rockets 2 - 11: people, plant seeds, fish, algae, some cows, and cow embryos. Then use rest of available mass for grandfather clocks.

if this changes or helps anyone
lunar soil is actually ideal for concrete and all the ingredients are already there (you don't need water for this mix and its predicted to come out stronger than earths concrete)
nasa is actually looking into this for a base

correction:
you still need a binding agent (sulfur is a suggestion)

this is why the moon will never be colonized.
