First of all it is illegal for ANY public school in the United States for teachers to teach their personal opinions and call other peoples beliefs "dumb".
Second of all, a .06% change is still a motherfucking change. Just because their small minds can't understand that small changes are what make incredible differences. For example, the difference between a normal child and a mentally handicapped child could be as simple as ONE SINGLE chromosome being misplaced.
