You can easily obtain an EE degree with the knowledge and then finally be worthwhile.

My graphic design teacher only has a doctorate in physics.

But she spent the last 40 years working at the defence department and the university pretty much gave her any position she wanted as a getting ready for retirement job.

>> No.2352971

get a ph.d in theoretical physics.

then you will be able to figure shit out about the universe and shit.

yeah, but you have a real degree. maybe 10% of cs guys is worth something outside of making license plates. some specialisation in modelling and simulations and you're good to go.

With a physics degree you are not pigieon holed, you basically are qualifited for a tons of shit.

You can work in Industry, Acedeima, or Government.

You are over qualified for all engineering jobs, technical jobs, most computer programming jobs, etc.

Your possibilites are endless. Good Luck.

Ha ha what?

I doubt OPs degree course covers computer programming and the thousands of engineering subjects.

Well lets do an example.

I have a degree in automotive engineering and work in an R&D department.

I bet OP knows as much about cars as I know about nuclear reactors. They are totally different skill sets.
