As far as I am aware the virus is transmitted via semen, which is why it is found there, and it infects victims via the blood, therefore it only has pressure to evolve to be present in these fluids. To be frank I have no idea about breast milk. Ear wax is 'designed' to be inhospitable to everything as to stop infections via the ear so only specialised parasites and such can live there.

You get swollen glands with any infection. Actually this is only true if you have your immune system in tact. If you had AIDS (in the later stages) your glands wouldn't be swollen even though you have another infection. To "poison" someone with HIV is extremely easy.
