Aren't first principles of physics. They are only statistical appoximations that work for very large systems.

They have no relavence when talking about isolated particle interactions, like creation-annilation. Hence, theromdyanmics don't hold here.

And please keep in mind that what we call "The laws of the Universe" is our very-likely-flawed understanding of our surroundings.

The universe is not subject to how we describe it.
We call something a law because it seems to always occur, but we cannot realistically claim that it always will happen.
