If everything is created, then there is no meaningful distinction between something created and something not created, since the latter does not apparently exist. So to say we can recognise something that is created from something that is not created is not possible in this system.

So all we can do is distinguish between that which was made by man, and that which was made by nature/god, which we already do.

When we explore that which was made by nature/god, as we have done in a systematic fashion for hundreds of years, we find that anything we investigate does not require the active intervention of an intelligent agent, only the interaction of natural laws.

God may be hiding at the start, a watchmaker god that set things up and fucked off. But it certainly did nothing since then, since we find no evidence of it. And since we have nothing to go on, we can't say anything about the traits of this being.
