I just had a killer sore throat, so I decided to try tho oldest trick in the book.
Gargle warm salt water.
Tell me, why does this work so quickly and efficiently?

the salt water causes the water in the bacteria cells to flow out, killing them.

Since there is more solute and less solvent (water) outside the cell's wall, the solvent from the cell flows out.

Like toothpaste works. And why salt water cant go into fresh and vice versa
