Tattoo'ing really doesnt make you bleed that much, if at all.

When I had my upper arm done, there was enough blood to barely turn the cotton ball she used to wipe it off red.

You'll be fine, the artist will be able to tell if something abnormal almost immediately if a problem were to arise.

Also, tattoos don't hurt as bad as pop culture makes you think. The most painful part for me was maybe comparable to a very strong pinch.

If it thins your blood out, then you might bleed a bit more if at all. As for adverse reactions, no need to worry.

My wife just got one, she said it didn't hurt much at first then it got more "irritatingly painful"

So waaaaay less painful then say getting a needle. The tattooing irritated the skin a little which is why it got a little painful near the end.

She oozed blood a little but it wasnt too bad.
