To get it, all I did was go to the university health center (free walk in clinic). Telling the doctor I had concentration issues. Make sure you don't say you're depressed or something if you specifically want adderall.

Talk about how you can't focus on one task at a time, when you study, you take nothing in, day dream in lectures.
Also make sure to talk other parts of life like constantly swapping hobbies/getting bored with them, never finishing projects. Stuff like that.

Then the doctor started talking about my options, he mentioned adderall and I chimed in saying the people who referred me to talk about my issues, also mentioned adderall, and they had a positive experience with it.

Then it was mostly a matter of discussing side effects, and wether or not i was on any other meds.

I'm in Canada, I'm not sure if you have to have any actual tests done in America, but here you don't.
