Define 'naturally'

10,000 years ago all food was organic, there was no man-made pollution, everyone worked out

Still the average life was, like, what, 25?
We owe our long life to modern living.

But 10,000 years ago I imagine we were less evolved, less-intelligent. We probably didn't have the intelligence to build into nature.

Only if someone forces us to evolve faster. Also we need medicine always. Most people aren't sporting strong immune systems and even with the ones that do. Get HIV, oh shit you're fucked. I spent over a year of my younger life living in the woods Aether, just hanging out, going wherever I wanted, eating whatever got in my path.

It was amazingly boring being at the top of the food chain, and it didn't lead to better health. In fact I went back to town and got a job and an apartment after almost dying from an ingrown toenail. People aren't able to survive alone very long, and the more technological the society becomes, the better the life of the individuals in it.

Most animals are not at the top of the food chain in their particular eco-system, nor come by food easily. They spend most of the day in a limited area of safety instead of exploring, and they spend most of their time there searching for food and avoiding predators.
Same thing with hunter-gatherer societies of humans. Most of your time was spent looking for food. Very few saw 1/2 as much of the world as the modern human does, because leaving the territory of the group was almost guaranteed death. Most nomadic peoples were only following the path of prey, and did not get to decide where they were going.

Nature does not support adventure or freedom. You watch too many movies.

Yes, a tiger, lion, and panther can live in the wild. Do some research, they are not freedom enjoying adventurers. They spend time searching for food, fucking, and hanging around the same territory all the time. So I don't know what point you're trying to make with those.

Yes, there's evolution. It made us into beings that could do more than the above, and we made complex societies, technology, and modern life. No, we don't have to be the pinnacle. I'm not sure what argument you are trying to make.
