The only problem with these unlimited energy ideas with water and magnets is that to create one watt of power is not an easy task, the speed at which these "ideas" would move would never be enough to create 1w of power.

There is a science museum near my house that has a bike that you can ride to create wattage. It takes the average human going on that bike as hard as they can for several minutes to make 1 watt.
