solar winds are not radiation, they are streams of charged particles.

these streams do indeed EMIT radiation, but "solar winds" describes fluxes of high velocity MASSIVE PARTICLES.


"radiation pressure" is a term that describes a phenomena that is caused by BOSONS (photons with no mass)


thus one does not usually talk about the "radiation pressure" created by solar winds.
