Never because it's extremely inefficient, you would have to be stupendously rich to afford it + be a healthy young individual on top of that to survive + be daring enough to risk it all just to potentially save bit of time (which probably won't even happen if you consider the entire trip) vs just travelling in your private jet in full comfort. Not a whole lot of overlap in those groups.
