Solar will also help with hydrolysis for the creation of hydrogen fuel cells.

This is assuming oil runs out, which it probably won't, in which case your cars will all eventually go for over 8000 km on a single gallon (yes that's a gallon) which is already possible right now just not cost effective to mass produce.
