At the attitude the UK is at, in June the sun is above the horizon for over 18 hours a day, if there was something trapping the heat in and preventing it from escaping at night then it should be gettin progressively warmer every day. The fact that this isn't occurring proves that the global warming theory is false.

It's been cold in Britain for the first two weeks of June because the gulf stream was going farther north than usual for this time of year, allowing northerly winds to blow down from the arctic circle, bringing frigid air with them.
A warm, wet front has just moved in from the atlantic and the temperatures are climbing ahain.
I don't subscribe to climate alarmism doomerism, but a bit of unseasonably cold weather isn't enough to disprove the AGW hypothesis. It's easily handwaved away by alarmists as "just an example of climate disruption, climate change doesnt only mean warmer temperatures, it also means disrupted weather patterns, the cold weather in Britain is offset by unseasonably warm temperatures in the arctic" etc etc etc.
