If 85% of all matter is dark matter, doesn't it make sense that aliens from outer space are made of dark matter and that's the reason we can't detect them?

That is the only reasonable explanation. Cargo cultists, self proclaimed as soientists, start with the absurd assumption that humans are extremely unique and there are no other life forms capable of technological feats.

Dark matter doesn't seem to strongly interact with itself, so it likely doesn't form compact bodies like stars, planets or people. Also around the Sun there is more normal matter than DM.
