It's a real issue when you're too used to writing in a scientific article style that you get used to being able to tell people that they should read exactly what you say and normally you can get people to very precisely interpret your words in a journal so this problem doesn't come up, since we read words with a very precise meaning, but he has to be retarded to not know that journalists have no such culture.
