There are seriously people here with no academic background giving out their opinion based on personal experiences and beliefs just "trying their best" thinking they are doing good or not bad, people who don't want to learn science, and spread theirs ideas, change conversations, just because and when they belong elsewhere

But academia to OP means academy, people learning, teachers etc. And that's the exact meaning he argues for. When in fact the academia we experience is a cesspit of conspiracy and the dirtiest sort of profiteering scam. They're even trying to influence the world to prefer bullies over nice kids because it will give rich nerds the chance to mouth off. No-one cares about an academic background, I prefer to listen to someone who's studied the world on their own accord as is. Or someone who can prove they used an efficient method.
