I can say it's mostly false what you're declaaring, yeah not all paper is recyclable, like if it's stained by food, still has heavy ink with iron or metal in the ink, if it's almost like Plain paper, but IG you can, even Glass is recycable and even more than other materials and it's proven it's cost effective and better to recycle glass, while paper is somewhat good and better than making it from scratch, while plastic is the real problem to recycle since it has the same problems of paper (only for recycling like no need to be dirty etc etc) and it's even more expensive and even destroy the envirioment using recycled plastic, but the problem with plastic is that it respect all capitalism rules.
