I do not have any of those problems. I will tell you that when I first changed from vegetarianism to vegan (almost frugivorism) I was bloated as fuck and farted every 2 minutes all day, the solution for me was dropping out legumes and replacing then with large amounts of fiber (like a 200g flax/sunflower/sesame/chia seed mix everyday). If you ask me, I personally think B12 is found in fruits and vegetables when these are grown naturally and aren't disturbed (nutrient deprived tilled soils, monocultured, sprayed with pesticides, washed). Foods grown naturally obviously are much more nutritious than your average industrial carrot. Aside from that, I don't believe the natural human diet is vegan nor vegetarian, I think it would be a lot of gathering and for sure include raw eggs, raw small fish/game and even insects, with the option for red meat in scarcity events.
