The blue is where asians have more cortical thickness and the red/yellow is where Caucasians have more.
I would expect asians to have more thickness in the prefrontal cortex because of their higher IQ scores and increased impulse control as shown by less arrests and less obeasity prevelence. They would also have higher thickness in the occipital lobe because their visual intellegence is high. Westerners' thickness would be higher in regions related to language and verbal reasoning.
It seems like my expectation is pretty close, but there are parts of the occipital lobe that are thicker for westeners and I don't know enough to tell if the red parts are related to language.
