I can max out the WAIS-IV now, and I'm a midwit. The only hiccup was needing some more practice sessions with the plebbit cognitivetesting digit-span trainer. It's not a reliable form of proof at all if someone REALLY wants to front as having a high IQ.

Repetition testing is the only surefire way to gauge someones intellect through perceived estimations. Mathematics could be considered repetition testing, and case in point;

Score 60 on Sequence Memory, 40 on the Chimp Test, 300 Minimum on Verbal Memory, 24 Digits on Number Memory, and 35+ on Visual Memory - These are the numbers that can be found in people over 145 IQ, 15SD. Granted, when you use repetitive testing, it is not weighted necessarily to the trajectory of IQ testing, but it allows you to find people who truly score high on IQ tests, whereas there are many "high scorers" who cannot score these repetitive numbers no matter how many times they try. There is a biological plateau that occurs for everyone, you can use any strategies you want, it doesn't matter. Eventually you cap out.

The goal is to facilitate a funnel to catch those who can achieve success on IQ tests, mathematics, and repetitive testing. You are guaranteed to find geniuses when you use these methods.

IQ by definition is just a numeric fit to some distribution with respect to some test. Even a perfect score would just put you in top rank but you can never have an IQ higher than what 1 / 8 billion would represent.

Not to mention most tests can't measure beyond 160 or so because they aren't sensitive enough to tease out that 1 in 8 billion person. So yeah 230 IQ is bullshit.
