The human skull as an infant is different than the human skull as an adult because it needs to be small enough to exit a vagina. Then bones fuse as the cranium gets larger. Our increased brain size is literally a result of evolution, but discussing consequences of brain and skull differences is phrenology and outdated pseudoscience. Likewise when we say men and women have different brain structures (women have higher white matter densities and men have higher gray matter densities), that's just convergent evolution creating two different and totally equally capable brains. When we observe multilingual people having higher white matter densities than monolingual people, that's also evidence of convergent evolution and equal brains. Women having higher verbal intelligence than men is purely social and environmentally influenced you see.

Oh, but trannies have the brain of their opposite sex and there's nothing we can do about it but modify their bodies and change society in accordance with their bad luck to get the wrong brain. But remember, male and female brains are totally equal. I had a biological psychology course once for gen ed. The professor shared an interesting factoid: the ratio of lengths between your pointer and ring fingers is related to your prenatal exposure to testosterone in the womb. Men typically have longer index fingers relative to their ring fingers, while women typically have more 1:1 ratios. Women in STEM (steam now I guess) have ratios more similar to men.

So tldr at least palmistry might have something going for it

a gene or a gene cluster doesn't just determine a single attribute of a human.
maybe phrenology isn't predictive enough to matter practically in real life but outright saying face shape doesn't tell anything about a person is totally wrong.
