I was a Beta - in high school (last year, graduated early) and now I am a clear beta + currently working on getting in to shape in hopes of passing special forces selection when I join the army. Already lost 20 pounds and put on a fair bit of lean muscle. Also spend a lot of time reading, and trying to talk to women which in the context of trying to fuck hasn't worked out yet but I also haven't been trying so hard.
