If you die, then what happens to your consciousness? What happens to another being's consciousness while yours ceases. How is the conscious experience of your person separated from the conscious experience of another being.

In physical death, the conscious experience of said person might cease, but I can't comprehend how conscious experience as a whole would cease, because that would imply consciousness stops existing which means existence would stop existing which is impossible. Basically the question is who you fundamentally really are. What is "you?"
