We don't need controlled studies when we have access to the state of every single country in real time with the internet. I would argue that the average height of a countriy's buildings is a better and more accurate indicator of IQ dynamics than any shitty study social science retards can come up with. Because IQ is genetic, and even more genetically connected than height (as % of heritability when controlling for environmental variance). There is environmental impact that can raise or lower IQ to a genetic maximum, this is used to reject genetic maximums for a more maliable definition that focuses on making everyone dumber. Of course if you stop black people from eating lead paint chips and give them a proper diet they'll go from 70 iq to 90, that doesn't mean they'll ever get to 100 or more on a large level.
