What they mean by stable equilibrium is that there's climate at all, but CO2 is adding energy to all systems trough reflecting radiation back to space.

Keep pushing less CO2 in atmosphere, and there will be nicer world, because lithium gets cheaper, there will be less smog, more advanced energy technology for space exploration possible etc.

They don't present whole model by which they calculated what that 23.6% increase in CO2 is responsible for what, it's more complex than you could imagine.

It's not their food it's mearly a way of fixing the energy from sunlight. It's empty calories that makes the plants weaker and less nutritious. What plants actually eat are nutrients like nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and in lesser amounts calcium, copper, iron, ect. Besides that, plant growth is regulated by dozens of factors, any of which will slow or stop growth if it is insufficient or outside of a specific range. That means that only plants in highly controlled environments show faster growth from elevated CO2 and outside of farms and greenhouses you will not see additional growth.

Air quality issues in Beijing always has more to do with the dust storms that blow in from the desert than with any pollution issue. The people who were shilling about pollution in Beijing always knew they were lying about what was causing the air quality problems there.
