shit's weird because hardware will dictate abilities. the only variable remains experience. but proper platform might offer a clearer perspective of things. say a retard can experience what it's like having higher IQ/better hardware/neural networks etc.
in that sense, we'll kinda all be identical, more or less, depending on various details that we still don't really know. this is pure speculation.
200 years is way way further than it will actually be. but I can see their interest of making it seem like it's way further than you need concern yourself with. I call bullshit on that estimate.
