I'm from Bulgaria (the poorest EU member state) and I have felt close to no change in the past decade. I can still make a giant homemade pizza of about 2000kcal for like $4, a kilo of pork is also $4 and can go up to $6 at most if not on sale. However this specific year, and the past few months, the price of seed oils has almost doubled and the price of anything containing protein that is not straight up meat (like dairy products) is on its way to doubling. I think that for all the alarmism that they've been hitting us up with since 2020, that 2024 is the actual year where shit will hit the fan.
