Deaths are just slowly increasing and only significantly in the under 50 age group, and the trend is still going strong. There's no peak though, and no exponential growth. I have no idea how accurate the chart actually is, but if what you say is accurate, 2021 and 2022 were just catch up years from not going to the doctor in 2020. If that were the case, we'd expect the rise in 2021 and 2022 to be about the same as the fall in 2020. That doesn't look like the case here, with the rise in 2021 and 2022 being substantial compared to the slight fall in 2020.

With all that said, I don't see how we jump to the conclusion that it's entirely the vaccine. For all we know, Covid itself could also alter DNA enough to cause cancer. It would be cool to see cancer rates of the unvaccinated compared to similarly matched vaccinated. It could be the vaccine, or covid, or both.
